The community reference group continues to meet with the Council’s SCIP team to finalise the plans including public artwork outcomes, traffic issues, parking issues, pedestrian safety and street tree plantings. The Council is planning to complete this $1.6m project by July 2010.
Please follow the link below to view the final civil design plans. Please note that Council has agreed to construct hi-visibility road pavement for the new 40kph speed markers. The 40kph will be extended to include the Banyo Kindergarten on Tufnell Road.
The community artwork will be developed over the next few months by artist Jamie McLean.
