KEDRON |
|
Kedron receives its name from the waterway on the southern boundary of the suburb. Kedron Brook was named by the German missionaries who established a settlement at Zion Hill, Nundah in 1838. Kidron Garden (a biblical reference) was how the missionaries described the pristine waterway when they first arrived. Over time, the name ‘Kidron’ became ‘Kedron’.
