‘DOGGY WORLD’ – FIRST FOR BRISBANE’S DOGS

The very popular off-leash dog area at Tuckeroo Park on Kedron Brook, Nudgee Beach, is becoming even more ‘dog-friendly’.

‘Doggy World’, an amateur dog agility course, is a new feature which has been added to this excellent off-leash exercise and swimming area.

The Council has constructed challenging obstacles for dogs to have fun and for owners to practice obedience training.

In addition to the existing exercising and swimming activities, dogs are able to try out various climbing obstacles, pipes, jumping hoops and a doggy tunnel. The activities are specifically designed for low-level obedience training, to reduce the chances of any pet injuries.
