* Redevelopment of Catholic Church Land:- Consideration needs to be given to the needs of the new residents to be moving into the residential subdivisions. What needs to be done to address traffic volumes, extra bus services.
* Proposal to construct a Crematorium at the Cemetery:- If this goes ahead, what impacts need to be managed.
